What you are agreeing to
Opening an account means accepting the documents below. We have written them to be read rather than endured, and wherever a clause carries a practical consequence we have said what that consequence is instead of leaving you to work it out.
The documents
- Customer agreement. Accounts, bets, settlement and payment.
- Privacy policy, what we hold, why we must, and what you can demand.
- Cookie policy, what gets set in your browser and what you may refuse.
- Promotion rules, governing any permitted promotion.
- Identity and AML. Our obligations under the AML/CTF Act.
- Banking and payouts. Deposits, withdrawals, dormancy, closure.
- Integrity and anti-match-fixing, reporting and prohibited wagers.
- Responsible gambling policy, the formal obligations.
- Self-exclusion, BetStop and our own process.
- Under 18s, age verification and consequences.
- Disputes, complaining and escalating.

When these change
Material amendments are emailed to account holders at least fourteen days ahead of taking effect, and each document carries the date it last moved. Carrying on using the account past that date accepts the change; if you would rather not, close the account and take your balance with you.
