Who actually holds the licence?
Puntaa Pty Ltd. We trade as PickelBets under a Northern Territory sports bookmaker licence, number NT-RWC-SB-2017-0412, issued by the Northern Territory Racing Commission. The Commission is also where you can take a dispute if our answer does not satisfy you.
Where do I have to be to place a bet?
Inside Australia, and 18 or older. We confirm your age and identity before any money leaves the account, and we confirm your location at the point you bet. Both are licence conditions rather than house rules.
Is there a welcome offer?
No, and there will not be. Wagering operators are barred from advertising inducements across most of the country, and the Northern Territory code we sit under restricts the same behaviour. We would rather put that money into the price than into a bonus you have to unlock.
When does a withdrawal actually land?

Can I bet after the game has started?
Not online. Australian law bars online in-play betting on sport, so any in-play wager has to be placed by telephone and only on events where we run that service.
