What is off the table

Advertising an inducement to open an account, to introduce another person, or to keep betting is prohibited for wagering operators across most Australian states and territories, and is restricted by the Northern Territory Code of Practice for Responsible Online Gambling which governs us. We neither run such offers nor let anybody advertise one for us.

Where a permitted promotion applies

• Complete rules are published here before it opens and remain fixed once it has.
• Eligibility, duration, any cap and the settlement rule are stated in ordinary language.
• It is not advertised to anybody who does not already hold an account.
• It is never extended to a customer holding an active break, a reduced deposit limit, a closed account or a BetStop registration.
• Nothing will ever demand minimum turnover, a deposit, or continued betting to keep a benefit already credited.

Affiliates and third parties

No affiliate, tipster, social account or media partner is authorised to advertise an inducement in our name. A site offering a Picklebet bonus code, free bet or welcome offer has no connection to us. Send it to support and we will have it dealt with.

Ending one early

We may terminate a promotion where it has been abused, where a pricing or technical fault has occurred, or on a regulator’s direction. Termination does not touch a benefit already validly credited to your account, which stays yours.

If you disagree

Promotion disputes run through the ordinary process and can be escalated to the Northern Territory Racing Commission where our response does not settle the matter.
