The sequence

1. Fill in the form and choose your deposit limit. The limit is mandatory.
2. We verify your identity electronically, near-instant in most cases, occasionally a document is needed.
3. We check you against the BetStop register. A match ends the application there.
4. The account opens and you can deposit and bet once verification clears.
5. Your first activity statement follows automatically; pull another whenever you want one.

Who we cannot accept

• Anybody under 18. Age is verified, and an account traced to a minor is closed with stakes returned and winnings forfeited.
• Anybody currently registered with BetStop.
• Anybody outside Australia at the moment of betting.
• Licensed participants wanting to bet on competitions they are engaged in.
• Anybody who previously closed an account with us on harm-related grounds, unless a set period has elapsed and a review is completed.

Documents we might request

An Australian driver licence or a passport usually settles it on its own. Where the electronic check cannot confirm your address we may also want a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months. Send these through the secure upload in your account, never by email.
