The approach

Most books compete on breadth. We think that is the wrong axis. A market on a third-tier league nobody at the company has seen is a market priced by an algorithm and monitored by nobody, and it is where errors and integrity problems live. So we run fewer competitions and put more people behind each one.

Rugby league

The full premiership season, every finals week, the interstate series and the end-of-year internationals. Head to head, line, totals, margin bands, try-scorers and winning method on every game. Our rugby league page lists the complete market set alongside how each one settles.

Australian rules

Home-and-away rounds, September, and the season-long awards. Lines open Monday and are revised twice, once when the squad is submitted and once when the final twenty-two is confirmed. The women’s competition carries the same core markets rather than a cut-down version.

Football

Both A-Leagues, the major European divisions, and the national teams. Three-way head to head with a proper draw price, both teams to score, totals, correct score and first goalscorer. Football is the one code where the draw is a genuine third result, so we give it a column of its own on every card.

Cricket

Internationals in all three formats, the domestic Twenty20 competitions and the Sheffield Shield. Match result, series result, innings totals, leading run-scorer and leading wicket-taker, with prices adjusted for conditions and the toss rather than left to run stale.

Basketball, tennis and the rest

NBL and WNBL through the Australian summer, the American leagues alongside them, the full tennis tour from Melbourne in January, plus netball, golf, motorsport and mixed martial arts. If it is on a free-to-air or a major streaming service here, we are pricing it.

How our markets behave

• Fixed at acceptance. The number on your receipt is the number that settles, regardless of where the market goes next.
• Margin published. The overround we apply is listed by market type in the help section, so you can check what we take.
• Settlement stated up front. Each market names its source and spells out abandonment, postponement and shortened-match outcomes.
• No online in-play. Prohibited in Australia. Where in-play exists at all it is by telephone, on nominated events only.

Markets we deliberately avoid

We do not price anything a single participant could decide on their own without changing the result, we do not touch junior or amateur sport, and we do not offer markets on tribunal or judiciary outcomes. Those choices cost us turnover. They also remove the categories where match-fixing actually happens, which is the trade we are happy to make.
